Harmony Road Policies & Procedures
Financial
policies
a. Tuition and materials fee are due at the time of registration.
b. You have 72 hours after the first class to withdraw. Full tuition
refund will be issued. Unused materials can be returned for refund
as well. No refunds or credits are issued after the 72 hours period.
Facilities
policies
a. Children not in class are the responsibility of parents and caregivers.
b. Running or loud noise in the hallway and outside the church is
not allowed. We want our neighbors to stay happy.
c. No food or drink is allowed in the studio.
Attendance
policies
a. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.
b. If you need to miss a class, please call or email 24 hours in
advance. This makes you eligible to schedule a make-up – and
opens up a space for another student to take a make-up class.
c. For Toddler Tunes and Music in Me students, please do not bring
a sick child to the class. Call us and you can arrange to make up
a class.
d. If you are a registered student in Toddler Tunes or Music in
Me, your make-ups may be used at any time. If you are not planning
to register for the next session, you must use up your make-ups
during the current session.
e. For Harmony road and Young Musician students, make-ups are not
guaranteed, but we'll do our best to schedule you into another class
at the same level if there is room. Maximum 2 make-ups per semester.
f. Each lesson includes important new concepts as well as review
and reinforcement of the ongoing curriculum. While most people have
to be absent occasionally, we encourage you to make music class
a priority
